7. With one slight exception in section 12, the remaining

sections of this Ordinance provide for increases of the maxi -

-mum penalties provided in the principal Ordinance. These

seemed too low in many cases.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency

the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty

end on His behalf.
